Combined with the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simracinghub.nl\/en\/fanatec-bentley-gt3-wheel\/\">Fanatec<\/a> Driver (version 468), users can now enjoy even more detailed and realistic feedback while driving. But what is Fanatec FullForce and what can you do with it? You can read about it in this article!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Fanatec FullForce?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FullForce is a new force feedback protocol developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fanatec.com\/?utm_medium=FAP+Banner&utm_source=104083334&utm_campaign=General+Links&a_aid=104083334\" target=\"_blank\">Fanatec<\/a>, specially designed for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fanatec.com\/eu\/en\/c\/wheel-bases?utm_medium=FAP+Banner&utm_source=104083334&utm_campaign=General+Links&a_aid=104083334\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Direct Drive wheelbases<\/a> such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simracinghub.nl\/go\/fanatec\/clubsport-dd\/\" title=\"Fanatec ClubSport DD Wheelbase\" class=\"pretty-link-keyword\"rel=\"nofollow sponsored \" target=\"_blank\">ClubSport DD<\/a> and ClubSport DD+. Unlike traditional force feedback, originally designed for gear- and belt-driven systems, FullForce takes full advantage of the direct response and lack of backlash of Direct Drive systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With FullForce, high-frequency vibrations are added to the standard feedback signal, allowing you to feel subtle effects such as the rumble of the engine, the difference between asphalt and kerbstones, or an incipient loss of traction. At the moment, the implementation feels slightly less intense than previous demonstrations, but Fanatec is already working on improvements in an upcoming update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why this matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditional force feedback mainly reflects forces in the steering wheel, such as grip loss and steering resistance. What is often missing are the smaller but essential details that complete the experience. FullForce fills this gap by also making subtle vibrations tangible.
