Return and refund policy
At SimRacingHub.nl, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you still not be satisfied, we are ready to help you with a clear and smooth return process.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order amount including shipping costs will then be refunded. The costs for returning your order from your address to our shop are for your own account; these are approximately €7.25 per parcel. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact with us or send an e-mail to info(at)simracinghub.co.uk. Once we have received the product in good order, we will deposit the amount within 14 days after registration of your return back.
Returns for International Orders
The same rules apply to international returns as for domestic returns, but please note the following differences:
- Return costs and import duties: Costs for return shipments from abroad, including any import duties or customs charges, are at your own expense.
- Return period: For international customers, we offer a return period of 30 days after receipt due to longer shipping times.
Refunds and Exchange Rates
The refund will be made in the original currency of the order. Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate, leading to slight differences in the final amount in your account. All refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours processed and appear in your bank account shortly afterwards.
Defective or Damaged Items
Do you receive a product that is defective or damaged? Then we will make sure you receive a replacement item at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours after receipt of your order contact us.
Conditions for free replacement:
- The item is damaged or defective on arrival.
- The package was lost in transit.
Remark: SimRacingHub.nl is not liable for loss of packages due to incorrectly entered address details. Please make sure you enter the details correctly to avoid loss.
Returned parcels
If a parcel returns to our sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we can resend it. However, please note that this will incur additional charges. Once the item is back at our warehouse, we can repackage and ship it, but the shipping and handling charges are usually about half of the total order amount. Did you make a mistake with the address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.
Cancellation policy
Want to cancel a placed order? This can be done within 12 hours after your order. Send us an e-mail at info(at)simracinghub.co.uk and specify why you want to cancel the order. After 12 hours, we can unfortunately no longer cancel the order, as we aim to deliver quickly. In this case, you can return the product as soon as you receive it.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Don't see the refund yet? If so, check your bank account first or contact your credit card company or bank. Sometimes it takes a while before a refund is visible.
